About P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc.
Established in 1980 by Pete Fitzpatrick to install residential roofing, siding and windows. Our
original location was located on 113 Stanton Rd. across from Kaimensi Gardens in New Castle County,
DE. In 1994 we moved to a larger location with a showroom, just off I 95. That location made it
easier to expand our territories to include counties in PA, MD and NJ. In 2003 we moved to our
current location at 21 Industrial Blvd., New Castle, DE 19720. During that same year we acquired
Kelly's Windows and Doors. This acquisition catapulted us to the largest remodeling company in
the area. Adding product showrooms on Rt. 202 in Wilmington, DE and Rt. 30 in Malvern, PA, plus
more experienced employees enabled us to do a better job of servicing all of our customers. Today
we install over 2,000 projects annually and have thousands of satisfied customers all over the
Delaware Valley.
This company was built on servicing the customer. We are the only company
in the industry with a full time service department with 12 service technicians on call to give
our customers the best service possible. This same service department also completes small billable
repairs every day, so that we can honestly say that "no job is too small". Our current
location affords us the space for our Education Center right here in our operations building. This
enables us to train our people every week to install your projects "the P.J. Fitzpatrick way".
Each employee receives over 100 hours of training annually to keep making the quality product that
our customers have been receiving since 1980. Educating and training our people and giving
great service are a very important part of our continued success and why we remain the leader in
our industry.
The final ingredient in our success is "you"—our customer. Thank you, to
all of our past, present and future customers. You are the reason we come to work every day!
