Responsible for maintaining Customer Experience, which includes surveying PJ Fitzpatrick’s customer base, monitoring social media, online reviews, and responding to any customer concerns or complaints that are brought to the company’s attention. Also responsible for maintaining PJ’s relationships with the non-profit community.
