When do I receive my gift card?
After your friend completes their first sale or repair appointment with us, you’ll be emailed instructions on how to redeem your gift card.
What will my gift card be?
There are many options for you! Visa or Amazon gift cards are often the most popular, though there are hundreds of other restaurants and retailers to choose from.
What if I refer more than 5 friends?
You can certainly do that! Due to IRS regulations our program is limited to gifting a maximum of $600 per calendar year per referrer. If you’ve maximized your earnings for the year, it will restart the following year.
Do I need to be a PJ Fitzpatrick customer to earn?
Nope! Anyone that refers a qualified lead can earn a referral reward.
How long do I have to earn a referral reward after referring a friend?
You have one year after your friend reaches out to us for you to earn your reward.
How do I know if my friend is eligible for the reward?
To be eligible, friends must be first-time PJ Fitzpatrick customers, and the job must be in scope with what we can provide as a business (for example, live in an area we service). Once we receive your friend’s information, our call center agents will reach out to determine eligibility.
Does my friend need to make a purchase for me to earn my reward?
Nope! Once your friend completes their first appointment with a PJ Fitzpatrick expert you’ll earn your reward as our thank you.
